Smoked salmon mousse

Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp horseradish or dijon mustard
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Season to taste. Add more horseradish or lemon juice if required.
  3. Transfer to a container and refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to firm up.
  4. Use as required.
